#32 There is magic in everyone

Hi! It's me again! Did you expect somebody else? Well, that sucks... it's only me.

Another day, another practice. This is just a silly thing that came to my mind, I absolutely adore this minimalistic style. It looks easy to make, but you have to make every pixel count!

I guess I should some wisdom with you as always. Basing on my day, I can say: sticking to the system isn't always the best option. Sometimes instead of waiting, just help yourself and others. Just because the path isn't conventional, it can't lead to a beautiful place.

One more time I started like this, I always showed how it looks after the filling, and you might not have realized how similar, and different at the same time, it's to normal black outline.

Previously, I had a giant problem to set the head-hair proportion correctly. This method helps with it a ton.

Simple eyes and shading, it might look stupid and blant, but don't worry.

I pushed the eyes one pixel to the right to match the direction, that she is facing. If you feel like something weird is happening with your character looking into weird directions, this might be the problem, the shape of the head "suggest" some direction and the eyes have to follow it.

This was supposed to be an armor/magical robe combination. Yea, I too have no idea why I tried to do something like that.

The shape and proportions are rough, but don't panic. Everything will change, it's just much easier to have a point of reference. I like to draw things a little to wide and big and then cut them.

Random color stains, my beloved. They just work every time.

Ok, what is wrong here? I was looking at this for like 3 minutes before realizing that typically, humans do not have legs set onto the opposite direction than the rest of their body.

Here, I fixed that. Also, the magical armor became just an armor. It looks silly, but I didn't want to take it off.

Almost the final piece, the legs are a little too long and the ball at the staff isn't "ball" enough.

Here she comes, ready to face any challenge!
