#16 Simple, yet fun

I KNOW, I'M LATE! I'M SORRY, I DO NOT PLAN TO DISAPPEAR AGAIN, I SWEAR!
I'm currently during exams, so tired all the time, that's why I was late. Also, quality of the post and the art might be even lower than normally, readers discretion advised. It's soooooo hard to do anything when you just want to sleep for 3 days straight. On the other hand, every time I wanted to pixel, but I didn't I felt even worse. I guess it's today lesson: it's better to push yourself just a little more, the pain of not doing what you love is greater than a little incontinence of being tired.
I always loved this style and I knew I want to try to do something like this, after I started learning. It's really simple, but it looks so cool.

Started with legs. After finishing, I thought it might be easier to start from the torso to set correct proportions.

This one is supposed to be a man in a trench coat, because I love them. I do not wear them at all (I'm not cool enough), but they look gorgeous!

Wow, so mysterious! As I said, do not expect some insane details here, it's a short, simple relaxing piece. You do not need to push your boundaries every time, it's good to make things also for your joy.

Now, he is going. The little shady part in between legs is incredibly important. It gives the illusion of 3D.

Added some more details to the coat. It's just a test what suits him, it will changes shortly.

He is hiding. I was afraid he looks like a bandit from a western now, but the effect is so funny that I had to keep it.

Some shading always makes art more alive.

Here is a failed attempt to create the "light" and the "dark" side. It's much harder than just shading, I do not recommend.

Pretty cool. I really had fun doing that. That's important, do what brings you joy, it matters.
Thank you for reading, even this one! I was able to push thru, so you can definitely do it! I'm the lazy one here!
